  3. When you are asked to send the product, print the e-mail with the claim number
  4. Paste the form with the code clearly visible on the package
  5. Send the package to:

Pack the product in the following way:

If you are asked to return the product. Pack the product in a box with sufficient packaging material so that it arrives at SIBO Fluidra without damage.

Paste the reclamation form with the code, which you receive by e-mail, on the package and send it to:
